Eleebana Respite Cottage

Eleebana is a community respite care cottage located in Faulconbridge (mid Blue Mountains), funded by the Department of Health and Ageing and operated by Anglicare. Carers of someone who has dementia or is frail aged can make a booking for their care recipient to stay at the respite cottage for an extended overnight stay and the cost is funded by the Commonwealth Government. The respite period is from either Thursday to Saturday or Wednesday to Friday, on alternative weeks.
