There are 5 counsellors and support staff offering a range of counselling and support services. Individual and Family Counselling :- Supporting families and individuals in crisis Assisting family members to improve communication and resolve conflict Promoting knowledge and skills to enhance relationships Enabling individuals and families to cope with stress, anxiety, grief, depression and trauma Providing information and referral to appropriate agencies Community Support Services provided by Southern Agcare include : Mental health first aid courses Bereavement and other support groups Workshops an seminars on a variety of topics, on request. I used to stay at my mum's place but my nephew has moved in so I have no housing. I am 61 not currently working may be able to get some p/t work.
