About Access Housing Association - Mandurah

Provides community housing and disabilitysupport to persons with a mental health diagnosis as a priority and others in the region on low incomes.Funding is received from the Office of Mental Health and rental income from the HomesWest Houses supports the operation of this service.The following services are offerred:- Independent Living Program(ILP), that provides rental housing and support to mental health clients; Community Housing Program(CHP)-community rental housing with Access as the "benevolent " landlords for low-income earners; Crisis accommodation Program(CAP)-provision of short to immediate term rental housing management to single persons and families with support provided by other agencies.
