About Access Housing - Fremantle

Access Housing is a community based not for profit organisation through the amalgamation of Fremantle Housing, South City Housing in Gosnells and Milligan Foundation in Mandurah; that aims to provide long-term accommodation for people with low incomes. They have 500 residential properties available for rental that they manage for their clients- much like "benevolent landlords".There are 2 programmes for independent living that available- one to manage accommodation for low-income earners aiming for long-term tenancy; and the other is to assist mental health clients who are being case-managed, by placing them into rental homes so they can maintain their independent living skills .
