The Air Force Memorial Estate is a retirement village in Bull Creek.nThe Estate includes 239 self-contained independent living units in one or two bedroom configurations, a 60 Suite Frail Aged Hostel known as Gordon Lodge and a 40 Bed Nursing Home known as Dean Lodge.nThe Estate also houses the AFA Club , RAAF Association Aviation Heritage Museum , tennis courts, bowling greens and an outdoor swimming pool. A range of facilities, over and above those available at the AFA Club, are provided for residents and Association members, including an indoor heated therapeutic pool, chapel, village club, library, outdoor barbecues, village shop and 3 buses for transport to and from external activities.nRAAF Welfare Services provide Information, resource referral and support service for RAAF Association members. The welfare officer (Helen Winton) refers the clients to the various HACC and other services required by the clients.
