Counselling agency for survivors and families of sexual abuse, sexual assault and family violence. Also offer community education. The services provided are:-Sexual assault/abuse counselling; Youth Service; Domestic Violence -"Heartworks" Chrysalids - They are closed groups (ie can not start halfway through) .Eligibility for Allambee groups - 16 and over, effected by sexual abuse or sexual assault (i.e a mother or auntie of a child who has been abused, a survivor of abuse) or a victim of domestic violence.nFirst contact will be through the duty officer - Allambee believes in the empowerment of our clients and as such has a strict self referral policy (in other words the client must tell us that they want counselling) officer . Also have an Aboriginal Service. Allambee is funded by Dept of Health WA for sexual assault victims , Dept of Child Protection for children who are victims of family violence and GP Down South who offer counselling and support to children of family violence.
