About Amana Living - Hale Hostel

A 40 bed facility for people assessed by an ACAT as requiring low level care. Services include Ageing in Place, Respite x 2 beds, Diversional Therapist, Activities Officer that organise concerts, bus outings, shopping trips, craft and bingo for residents. A Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist visit once per week and Podiatrist visits 6 weekly. There is a Hairdresser that visits twice weekly and the Community Visiting Scheme is available to residents and the Hostel utilises Baptist care volunteers. Pets are permitted to visit the premises but residents keeping their own pets, mainly birds are negotiable with the Care Manager. A public bus stop is at the front of the Hostel.
