About Anglicare NT - HACC Transport Program

Home and Community Care (HACC)funded. Coordinates and provides transport to and from social groups for clients who have been assessed as eligible by HACC. Limited wheel chair access on bus, clients must be mobile and not require one-one care. Groups include Busy Bees at Howard Springs, Tuesday Get Together Group at Casuarina, Supported Group and Wednesday Leisure Group, (for clients with a dementia) Malak Seniors at Malak Community Centre, FLOPS at Palmerston and Friday Men's Group for socially isolated men or those with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
