This is a high care facility (formerly nursing home) delivering 24 hour nursing and personal care. It is a 54 bed facility including 6 single and 19 shared rooms. Services include Dementia - not secure; Tube feeding, Palliative care, Diversional therapy / Activities officer, Community Visiting Scheme. Pets are allowed to visit premises; facility transport available, shopping trips arranged and public bus nearby. Applecross Apartments Independent Living Units also on-site. All staff are well qualified .Experienced nursing staff with clinical expertise administering medication, wound care, pain management, palliative care, continence and many other services. In addition, residents have access to an extensive variety of allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, aromatherapy and podiatry.
