Previously known as Melville Villages and now owned and managed by Alchera Living. Thes are all lease for life rental accommodation is very limited . There is a waiting list. The Village comprises 24 Independent Living Units consisting of 1 and 2 bedrooms, which include a stove and shared laundry facilities. Residents have the option of paying extra for a carport. A social centre is located in the village which gives residents access to a pool table and dart board, piano, computer, library, TV, video and stereo and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. BBQ facilities onsite. Units are under life time lease. The Alchera Living Group consists of Bullcreek Village, Webber Gdns and Weeronga Village .
