"Encore " is an exercise and support program that aims to help women: gain maximum mobility and flexibility in their arms and shoulders; improve their lymphatic system and help reduce the risk of lymphoedema; relieve ongoing discomfort some women experience as a result of axilla (lymph node surgery); renew self esteem and self image; create a positive and productive attitude to life.
