Offers short to medium term (6 months to 2 years) transitional shared accommodation for adults of working age with a physical disability. No live in staff, residents must be independent in arranging any community services they may require (eg home care). Four houses in Ryde, Petersham and Glebe. Residents have own bedroom with telephone on a shared line and share kitchen, bathroom and living areas with two or three others. Residents must have an 'exit plan' as accommodation is not long term. Fees - D.O.H. levels and residents pay for phone calls and contribute to gas and electricity.
