Australian Hearing is a Commonwealth statutory authority that provides a full range of hearing services exclusively to aged pensioners, most war veterans and children under 21 years of age and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples over the age of 50 or participating in a CDEP program, most of which are fully subsidised by the government.
