This is a private agency who are working with youth at risk and their families. Counselling Court Support, Family Mediation and School Support.nWorking with at risk young people and their families. Provide supported accommodation: 1 male residence, 1 female residence. 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri Accept self referral or referral from agencies nAlso provides: Other support and referrals to other agencies dependent on individuals needs. nEligibility: 16 - 24 years of age. Allow 1 week application process before entry. nCost: Individual income assessment. nLength of Stay (if applicable): 6 to 8 months. In some cases longer. nTransitional Accommodation, Support to Obtain and Maintain Accommodation nTarget Group(s): Young People nFunding Program: Supported Accommodation Assistance Program(funded by DCP)
