Gracehaven Hostel , Nursing Home and Gracehaven Independent Living Units are on the same site. All enquiries on all facilities go through the hostel on 9527 3535. Must be ACAT assessed.nGracehaven Hostel is a low care facility with 56 beds which are all single rooms with en-suites and 26 of these beds are dementia specific . nGracehaven Nursing Home has 40 beds , 6 of which are dementia secure, and all are single rooms with ensuites. Both facilities offer the following services :- Ageing in Place, a secure Dementia care wing, Palliative care, Tube feeding, Diversional therapy, Activities and Physiotherapy. A public bus is nearby and the facility provides daily transport service to the city and Rockingham bus station. A Hairdresser is available at residents own cost on a weekly basis as is a Podiatrist who visits every 2 weeks. Pets are negotiable with Care Manager and the Community Visiting Scheme is available to residents. There is a common garden and courtyard area.
