Service provides Veterans Home Care - clients must be a holder of a Gold or White Card. Must be HACC eligible to receive services. Dayle Manson is the HACC and CACP Coordinator and she is based at the Bodington District Hospital. The HACC service sprovided are:- nAssessment , Centre Based Day Care ,nClient Care Coordination , domestic Assistance , Home Maintenance , Meals(home) , Nursing Care(home) , Personal care , Respite(for carer) , Social Support and Transport.
