Braemar Lodge provides Hostel accommodation for older people assessed by an ACAT as low level care . Each resident has their own single en-suite room. The 55 single rooms provide Respite care x 1 bed, Palliative care nursing, Diversional therapy, and Physiotherapist. Public transport is nearby and Fremantle Hospital will supply bus for patient / medical only. Pets are allowed to visit the premises . An Activities Coordinator runs an interesting range of activities for residents. Resident participation in the type of activities is encourage. Regular in-house entertainment is provided as part of the Activity program. On site is the Braemar Garden Units, which provides independent living, accommodation.nFacility Features:-n??
