About Brazier Villas

Recherche Aged Welfare Committee runs 2 Retirement Villas in Esperance near each other and also close to the Esperance ACF. These retirement villages are called Alchera Homes and Brazier Villas. The Brazier Villages has 11 independent living units with 4x1 bedroom amd 7x2 bedroom. Each unit has an ensuite, kitchen, laundry and living/dining room .Services are not provided at the independent living units but residents are able to have external Service providers provide services to them ,e.g., meals on wheels and HACC services. These are all rental units.
