About Carer Support Groups (Alzheimer's Assoc)-MSW

There are 21 Carer Support Groups meeting monthly in the metro area . These groups bring together carers, relatives, and friends of individuals with dementia under the guidance of a group leader.nMembers learn skills and strategies from each other and from guest speakers on topics such as difficult behaviour, communication and legal matters.Info is also available on local community resources.
