The Challenger Court Independent Living Units consist of 17 x 1 bedroom Units that have floor coverings, window treatments and wall heater. Each has an ensuite , living area , kitchen and shared laundry.There is a shared lock up garage and off street parking. The Autumn Centre which is close by , is a Council facility that provides social and recreation activities for people over the age of 55. Membership is also available for people with a disabilities pension. Anyone who is married to a qualified person is also able to hold Autumn Centre membership. This centre is quite close to the retirement village and accessible by the residents. There are rentals and bonded entry units. There is a waiting list.
