About Community Continence Advisor

The Continence Adviser provides a service to the HACC target group, which are Frail Aged, Younger persons with a disability and their carers. This service includes an assessment of continence and provision of a management plan or advice on good bladder habits. Clients of the service are able to purchase continence aids from the adviser through PAPD and CAS schemes.
