About Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) - Deniliquin

CVS aims to enrich the quality of life of residents of aged care homes who are socially isolated or lonely & who would benefit from a friendly visitor. Also helps to establish links between people living in aged care homes & their local community. Volunteers are screened & matched with a resident of the nursing homes. Have a special morning tea every two months at Orana, with occasional guest speaker etc.
