About Dandenong Community Health & Rehabilitation Services

A multi-disciplinary team provides services for people with disabilities, frail aged, chronically ill or people recovering from traumatic injuries, to achieve and retain optimal functional independence. Services include : cardiac rehab., general rehab., nursing rehab., OT, Physio, Speech Pathology and Social Work. Mainly for clients who live in the City of Greater Dandenong, although clients from other LGAs can use the service for rehab. if they prefer to go to this centre.
