Dial-a-Ride offers door to door transport taking for HACC recipients to selected shopping centres and to the Freo CBD. On Mondays there is a range of social outings. Tues - Fri -Return trips to shopping centres. This service is for people residing in the City of Freo,Town of East Freo,Town of Mosman Park & City of Cockburn and extends its outings to City of Rockingham. Drops off at designated points eg: shops and picks them up a couple of hours later to be taken home. Does not include medical appointments but will drop off outside Fremantle hospital if in Freo on the run.nDial A Ride offers this service to older adults and people with a disability residing within the City of Fremantle, City of Cockburn, Town of East Fremantle and Town of Mosman Park and extends its outings to residents of the City of Rockingham.nYou may refer yourself for this service, or referrals are accepted from family, friends or your health professional. All clients are assessed for HACC eligibility.
