Employment Esperance provides employment support services for people with special needs.They provide employment assistance to individuals with various types of disabilities or barriers to working , to find open employment of their choice at award level wages or above.They assist people with special needs to find , obtain and keep the job they they want.They also will host employees on a company site if needed and will provide help and various services for the transition to work by providing the opportunity for the person to gain new skills or enhance existing skills or undertake a training course . Clients can self-refer or be referred from other government and non-government agencies.
