Goldfields Masonic Homes (Inc)administers over 60 independent living units in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder area - 12 units in Forrest St, 12 units in Alford St , 12 units in Collins St and 12 units in Wilson St. The Forrest St units are all 1x bed with ensuite, kitchen, living/DR, laundry and shed and small garden. Wilson St have a mix of 1 and 2 bed units. There are also x12 units in Piesse St. , Boulder . All these ILUs are rentals. The Goldfields Masonic Homes Inc plan to manage up to 80-100 ILUs in the Goldfields so they can employ a F/T manager and plans are underway to take on the management of further homes in partnership the DPW and the local councils. There are waiting lists .
