Dean and Gordon Lodge is ideally located in the centre of the Air Force Memorial Estate Retirement Village. Included in the Estate facilities is an Air Force Museum and Club .nGordon Lodge is a low care facility comprising 50 single rooms with en-suite and a dementia unit - Rose Cottage comprising 10 single rooms. 1 room is allocated to short term respite care. The 60-bed facility all have single rooms . Services include Ageing in Place, Respite, Palliative care nursing and a Podiatrist , Occupational Therapist and physiotherapist is available. A GP is available for new clients. A Hairdresser visits the Hostel four days out of seven; an Activities Officer runs outings, outside entertainment and entertainers also visit the Hostel. This facility is on the same site as Dean lodge-HCF with 40 beds and the RAAFA estate that consists of Independent Living Units. It is not exclusive to Service men and women.
