Early intervention service for children aged 0 to school age with a diagnosed disability or a developmental delay in 2 or more areas. Children's needs are assessed and a multi-disciplinary team of therapists make up the child's early learning team. Individual programs and individual family service plans are devised. The child is seen regularly to enhance developmental transition to school.
