About Home Care Service of NSW - Hay outlet

Service provides in-home support services for Frail Aged, Persons with a disability and their carers wishing to remain living in their own home for as long as practically possible. Services may include General Housekeeping, Personal care, Shopping/Banking and Respite for carers. Hay Home Care also are funded to provide three Community Aged Care Packages (CACP). CACP are individual flexible and tailored packages of approx 5hrs care a week, provided to support eligible Frail Aged clients whom wish to remain living indepenantly in their own home for as long as possible. Services may include Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, Transport, Meals,Shopping/banking assistance and respite for carer.
