Community Aged Care Packages offer an integrated package of services for frail older people, from a culturally and linguistically diverse, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders providing for example, home help, laundry, shopping, assistance with meals and bathing. To receive a package an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) must assess older people as eligible.
