The Jurien Bay Health Centre is a multi purpose centre providing health services to Jurien Bay and surrounding areas . These include :- n Accident and Emergency (24 hours) n Allied Health Services n Audiology n Child Health n General Medical Services n Health Promotion and Education n Home and Community Care (HACC) n Immunisation n Health Promotion and Education n Visiting Practitioner n There also rooms for GPs who also attend emergencies. The HACC service provides Allied Health Care(Centre) ; Assessment ; Case management ;Centre Based Day Care ; Client Care Coordination ; Domestic Assistance ; Home Maintenance; Home Modification ; Meals(home) ; Nursing Care(home) ; Personal Care ;Respite Care(in home) ; Social support and Transport. nDay Centre available Tues only.nThe Cervantes Nursing Post is currently being remodelled from Health Centre to be a respite house for o/n respite.This will be part of the HACC service (NRCP-funded maybe) run by Jessica Turbett.
