HACC services include centre based day care , domestic assistance, personal care, transport to shopping and medical appointments, meals on wheels ,social support, nursing care, home maintenance and transportnThere are x6 HC plus a respite(Lechenaultia House) , beds for seniors and is located in separate wing of hospital - in Lechenaultia House aged care facility.
