Kondinin and Districts Health Service is a Multi Purpose Service providing services to the principal communities of Kondinin, Kulin, & Hyden. The hospital has 8 beds (5 acute, 3 Nursing Home Type) and offers a range of services including 24 hour Accident and Emergency, Medical, Minor Surgical, Paediatric, Ante-natal, Post-natal care, and Aged and Extended Care, and has the services of an excellent General Practitioner. n There is also provisions for Aged Care ( 4 beds at Yeerakine Lodge) that is situated on the same site as the Hospital. HACC office sited at the Kulin Health Centre. The health service also provides Home Care Services in the towns and surrounding farming community, together with Child, Community and School Health. A number of services are provided by staff including Enuresis, Aboriginal Health, Diabetes, Chronic Health Education, Diabetes Education, Asthma, Incontinence, Health Promotion and Immunisations.
