Kwobarup Aboriginal ProgramnThis service is aimed specifically at our Aboriginal Community. The Kwobarup program offers a range of services to fail, aged and disabled Aboriginal people. Services include:nCentre Based Respite nHome Help nHome Maintenance nTransport nAt our Day Centre we run a cultural art program, activities and outings in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.nThis is also a good point to contact for more resource information about other Aboriginal specific services provided in the community. Fees for this service will be determined at the time of assessment. Please contact the main office number and ask to speak Service Coordinator or the Community Health Worker.nThe Centre-based respite/ daycare centre has varied activities from art , recreational pursuits, social and outings. Transport to and from the centre is provided plus a meal.This is a HACC service.
