To support people with a disability, their families and /or carers, in a manner which maximises personal wellbeing and increases opportunity for community inclusion. LGSCLA currently supports in excess of 50 clients, ranging in age from 4 to 70 years, including people with high and multiple support needs; people with sensory, intellectual and cognitive disabilities; people with Autism, and people with physical disabilities including Acquired Brain Injury.nSupports are provided on an individually negotiated basis that fall within the agency's guidelines of service, including: nCo-resident support nDaytime and/or overnight support, in or out of home nAssistance to go out into the local area and/or participate in community activities nArranging short stays in holiday accommodation or a support worker's home nAssisting with continuing education nAssisting with practical tasks and skill development
