Lutheran Aged Care Nursing Home is designed around the 'home like' philosophy and consists of 4 houses that provide care for 60 residents. 2 houses have specifically been designed to support residents with dementia. The nursing home provides residents with their own room and shared lounge and dining area. The care needs of each resident are identified and these are provided by trained nursing staff 24 hours a day. One house is designated 'extra services'. There is a waiting list for permanent placement at this facility. One bed is available for booked respite.
