Mandurah Community Care agency provides assistance to frail aged and people with disabilities and their carers to remain in their own homes who live in Mandurah. Services provided are varied including the following: domestic assistance, social support, and personal care, in home meal preparation, transport and respite. Services are provided to the fail aged and people with disabilities, and their primary carers. The aim of services is to prevent inappropriate admission to long term residential care and enhancing quality of life. Day Care Centre(Our House) is at 16 Vermount St, Meadow Sprimgs and has 2 days/wk for seniors,2 days for dementia,1 day a week men's club. Life club for disabled people for rec. and soclal outings
