The Mirambeena program provides a Day Care Centre ,personal care and domestic assistance for clients in the HACC region of Metro SW in the Town of Kwinana.Clients are the aboriginal frail and elderly, and disabled people and their carers. HACC Services include transport, domestic assistance, allied health care(physio), personal care, respite care, meals, counselling, support, advocacy, assessment, case planning and review.
