Provides HACC , CACPs and Veterans' Homecare services to Town & Shire of Narrogin, and townsite of Cuballing and Highbury. For people who are frail aged or have a disability and their carers who need additional support to enable them to live comfortably in their own homes. Narrogin Homecare provides : Personal care(e.g., eating, bathing , grooming plus med prompts) ; Respite- both in-home and out of home at "The Cottage"; Domestic Assistance ; Home Maintenance ; Centre-based Day Care at "The Cottage" , including excursions and day trips; Transport(community) ; and Social Support- in home company and also help with shopping, banking and attending appointmentsnProvides Day Respite in secure area - "The Cottage" also suitable for people with dementia. Must be HACC eligible to receive services. Mondays are for people with disabilities , Tuesdays for the aged and Wednesdays for dementia clients. All meals are prepared at the centre .
