About North West Community Equipment Scheme

Provision of specific equipment to assist people with temporary, or permanent disabilities or injury, to live independently and safely in own home and to facilitate discharge of clients from hospital back into the community. Equipment includes self care aids, mobility aids, positioning equipment, communication devices and surgical shoes.
