About Northam Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)

When the elderly are no longer able to manage at home without assistance , the ACAT helps them , and their carers , determine what kind of care will best meet their needs. This may be in a low care or high care home or community care services(CACPs and EACH) provided to them in their own home.
