Client needs may include a package of services. Central Coast Case Management Services - Gosford is the Compack provider in the Gosford LGA. The Multi Service provides domestic assistance maximum of 1.5 hours/fortnight. Also will change bed linen, washing and drying and essential ironing. STAFF will be available for meal preparation, to shop on BEHALF of client or undertake small errands. The service also provides social support, provided by VOLUNTEERS who will accompany clients to shopping, bill paying, banking, doctors' appointments, and attending social activities. A monthly social bus trip operates with two assistants on the bus. These services will incur a travel fee on top of hourly rate. The Independence At Home Program provides case management and brokerage services for adults who have disability and who would benefit from independent living training to increase their independence in the community. The Neighbour Aid service assists with shopping, banking, escort to appointments, small tasks in the home, gardening, walking companions and transport for the frail aged and people with disabilities. ECHO Neighbour Aid also includes a Social Support Worker who provides Neighbour Aid services to special needs clients including people who are physically compromised (due to physical or sensory disabilities), people who are at times uncooperative, experiencing physical and or mental health issues or who are socially isolated. A weekly shopping service available for people unable to do their own shopping. Clients can phone in their shopping list. The service phones supermarket in Broadway, picks up, pays bill and delivers groceries to client who then pays service.

Meals consist of main meal, soup (during winter) dessert and juice. Special diets are catered for. Chilled meals are delivered once daily Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm approximately. Frozen meals are offered for weekends and public holidays and are delivered with the daily meal. Microwaves, conventional ovens or frypans can be used to heat food. Clients receive a monthly account. Assessments are done initially by phone and later a staff member will visit the client in their home. Monthy Social Bus Outings at both Centres - Weekly Shopping Service, Woy Woy. A new service called "WHEELS TO MEALS" is held at Green Point Community Centre every Friday & involves meals, fun and social interaction. Respite at Breakaway Lodge. This service is targeted to the full range of HACC clients. ADSSI brokers to Breakaway Lodge to conduct a range of respites for a wide variety of clients. The respite consists of block periods of two to four days where clients stay away at the Lodge (a purpose built disabled holiday centre on the shores of Tuggerah Lakes). Although providing respite for the carer, this respite is highly focused on providing the client with a stimulating holiday and to encourage self reliance and independence. Staff includes registered nurses who are on duty for 24 hours, personal care assistants and overnight carers. Medication is monitored. All facilities are wheelchair accessible and well appointed. Transport can be arranged.

The Community Social Support program provides social support for the frail aged and younger people with disabilities within the Wyong shire. . The support service is provided by brokered services and offers a wide range of support options e.g. Tansport to Doctors' appointments, Hairdressers, Shopping and banking. Small and large group activities i.e. bus trips to local coffee shops and one-on-one trips volunteers are there to provide assistance to clients on these trips. The program has volunteers who will visit clients in their home. Some one off individual transports to clients for medical appointments is provided as required.
