The Migrant Resource Centre deals with the settlement needs of the culturally and linguistically diverse population of Rockdale, Hurstville, Kogarah local government areas. It's a community based organisation funded by different government departments. The Centre provides settlement assistance, free information, referral and advice in different languages on issues, immigration and citizenship applications, classroom and meeting room facilities, access to photocopying, groups. There is a Generalist and Humanitarian Caseworker who can assist migrants and refugees of all languages with settlement needs including assistance with Housing, Centrelink, Health and other issues.
