A community based programme that promotes good health and wellbeing for older men and women through exercises and the sharing of information. Groups meet at various locations across the South East Sydney Area Health region. Fitness for Seniors is a project of the Community Health Department within Prince of Wales and Prince Henry Hospitals.

Offers activities for senior citizens. Club activities are held throughout the week and include; bowls, bingo, bus trips and social outings. Designed for the over 50's people suffering from heart disease diabetes or those who have not exercised for sometime. Classes run on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday at 8am for a cost of $6.00. The active over 50's program is a hour long program of low to moderate intensity the program offers plenty of variety and is structured as follows. 10 minutes of mandatory warmup 40 minutes of low impact, low load bearing exercises 10 minutes of cool down and stretching exercises - 3 different areas of the centre.
