This is a Women's Refuge and provides Emergency Short Term Accommodation, Transitional Accommodation, Support to Obtain and Maintain Accommodation, Assistance with food/meals.nFor Women & Children Escaping Domestic Violence . They are funded by SAAF and DCP . Also offerred is an Outreach support service to women who have exited a refuge in the past 12mthswith 24/7 access; and further support in with dealing with Centrelink, Police, Family Court , DCP and VROs and Legal referral. Drug and Alcohol free service. Cost: $100 per week for families $75 per week for single women (rent relief is claimed on these amounts). Rent is reduced or waived when accommodation costs or mortgages are required to be paid externally or where there are other pressing financial commitment nLength of Stay (if applicable): 6 weeksnThe Peel Advocacy and Support Service is a telephone information and advocacy outreach service for victims of domestic violence.
