About Polish Respite And Carer Support Service

Provide a flexible in home respite service for Polish, Czech, Slovak & Ukrainian speaking carers with an aim to offer carers support and education, to alleviate their stress and isolation, and facilitate access to other support services. We assist carers of frail aged, younger people with a disability, and carers of people with dementia and challenging behavior who are of Polish and other Eastern European background. Carers can also participate in the Polish Carers Support Group which meets quarterly.
