Red Cross Community Services provide :- nSoup Patrols :- Every night of the week Red Cross volunteers serve free evening meals of hot soup and bread to people who are homeless etcn Other services are:-nFOODcents Program n- This innovative program sees trained Red Cross volunteers providing assistance to families wanting to make significant diet and lifestyle changes. nVolunteers offer guidance on ways to save money on food shopping, provide information on the healthy eating food pyramid and even teach the family how to prepare and cook easy and tasty meals.nOther Community Services run from this office are :-nSave -A -Mate :- a youth drug and alcohol prorgramnGood Start Breakfast Club:- targeted before school program of providing nutritional breakfast for childrenn-Emergency Crisis Relief:- Food and clothing vouchersn-Regional Prison Services:- Visiting scheme with post-prison counselling and financial advice.n- Caspian House :-Youth Drop-in Centre.
