A 62 bed facility comprising 17 single suites each with private en-suite for Low Care residents and 45 High Care are accommodated in 3x single and companion(twin) suites, with 12 of these dedicated to a secure area. Each resident requires an assessment from an ACAT before they can take up residency. A Chinese Cluster is available and other services include Ageing in Place, secure Dementia wing, Ethno-Specific Cluster, and Tube feeding, Palliative care nursing, Diversional Therapist, Activities Officer, Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist. Community Visiting Scheme, from Chung Wah Association and multicultural society . A chef is based onsite ensuring quality food, made to suit all tastes and protected outdoor communal entertaining areas. Melville Care provides facility transport for organised outings and a public bus stop is nearby. Visiting pastoral care avilable upon request.
