Programs are designed to build on existing strengths, increase self esteem & assist in the jouney to recovery.nHome-based Outreach Support Srevices are offered in the Bairnsdale, Sale & South Gippsland / Bass Coast areas. nDay Programs are provided out of SNAP's bases in Bairnsdale, Sale, Yarram & Orbost.nReferal can be self, doctor, psychiatrist or other health professional.
