Southern Agcare is a community based, non-profit organisation provides mobile, free and confidential counselling and support services. There are 5 counsellors and support staff offering a range of counselling and support services. Individual and Family Counselling :- Supporting families and individuals in crisisnAssisting family members to improve communication and resolve conflictnPromoting knowledge and skills to enhance relationshipsnEnabling individuals and families to cope with stress, anxiety, grief, depression and traumanProviding information and referral to appropriate agencies nCommunity Support Services provided by Southern Agcare include : nMental health first aid courses nBereavement and other support groups nWorkshops an seminars on a variety of topics, on request. nCan provide Emergency Relief: assistance with Food Vouchers, financial assistance towards bills/ medicines, and referrals to other agencies for clothing/ furniture.
